As part of the structural engineering services for Progress, manufacturer of the precast structure, the new headquarters of BSV was completed. The project features a challenging architectural design with a 17-meter cantilevered building section. The load-bearing structure was constructed using precast concrete elements for walls and slabs, enabling efficient construction and high dimensional accuracy. Aesthetic requirements were met through the use of ground exposed concrete, combining visual appeal with functional performance. The structural design addressed complex load transfer and integrated the cantilever into the overall static concept.
