This hotel project comprises 80 rooms and a premium SPA area featuring an infinity pool. Services provided included structural engineering and safety coordination. Planning was executed entirely using BIM methodology, enabling precise interdisciplinary coordination. The construction period was limited to five months, achieved through strategic use of prefabrication and semi-prefabricated components. Structural design addressed complex requirements for the pool system and integration of building services within the ceiling structures. Safety coordination covered site organization, compliance with legal standards, and communication among all stakeholders. The project stands out for its high execution quality, adherence to schedule, and efficient resource utilization.
